Steve Hoff Christmas Collection
A festive boxed gift set of x4 750ml bottles of premium heritage wine from the Barossa Valley, Australia, featuring Malbec, Shiraz, Semillon and Cabernet Sauvignon. Produced by Steve Hoff, a small and independent winemaker dedicated to limited batch, handcrafted wines, this exclusive collection showcases the richness and character that has made the Barossa famous.
These wines are exclusive to Rebellion. We are the only UK stockist, making it a truly unique gift for wine lovers. Each bottle is ready to enjoy now, but you can also cellar them, allowing flavours to develop with time. A perfect gift for anyone who appreciates their wine.
Barossa Shiraz
Bold and full bodied with blackberry, spice and toasted oak.
Made from 100% Shiraz grown in Marananga and Greenock, two areas renowned for producing flavour driven reds. Expect deep colour and rich aromas of syrupy blackberry and spice. The palate is full bodied with sweet fruit balanced by toasty American oak after being barreled for 12 months.
Pair with roast lamb or rare rump steak.
Barossa Malbec
Medium bodied with plum, blackberry and soft oak.
Crafted from a small block of Malbec vines on the Marananga estate, this wine highlights flavours of dark plum and blackberry. Gentle time in American oak has softened the tannins, creating a rounded finish.
Drink now or cellar for up to 5 years.
Cabernet Sauvignon
Rich and elegant with dark fruit and silky oak tannins.
Produced from low yielding vines grown by Steve's neighbours Peter and Anita Frazer, this Cabernet delivers an intense dark fruit richness supported by soft tannins and subtle oak after 12 months in American barriques.
Enjoy now or cellar to enhance complexity.
Barossa Semillon
Fresh and lemony with citrus, lime and a dry finish.
Sourced from vineyards just north of Kalimna, this Semillon offers citrus and lime aromas with a hint of oak. Fresh lemon flavours gives a dry finish. Sealed with a stelvin closure to preserve freshness and prevent cork taint.
Excellent with veal, chicken or fresh fish dishes.
