3 x Red (500ml)
2 x 24 Carat (500ml)
2 x Roasted Nuts Extra (500ml)
2 x Lager (330ml)
A pale, golden ale, with a refreshing, crisp hop character and a well-balanced malt flavour. Serve at cellar temperature (8-12°C) to enjoy the complex flavours of a traditional pale ale. Or cool it down to fridge temperature (4-6°C) to savour it as a thirst quenching alternative to lager.
A premium ale with a deep, reddish hue and packed with complex malt and hop character. A blend of crystal and roasted malts gives a richness to the beer, which is balanced by citrus and fruit flavours derived from adding Golding, Fuggles and Cascade hops. Serve it at your preferred temperature between 6-12°C.
Hops dominate the character of this beer! We have used New World hops and a blend of traditional, home grown malted barley to give this golden beer an intense, tropical aroma and a distinctive bittersweet flavour, typical of a contemporary American Pale Ale. Serve cool between 4-8°C
Roasted Nuts Extra
Based on our ever popular cask beer, Roasted Nuts Extra is brewed to a higher strength to make this bottled version a true ‘winter warmer’. The rich malt character is complimented by the fruit flavours from the Cascade and Bramling Cross hops. Think of this beer as a claret, best served at cellar temperature. Whilst it can be enjoyed at anytime, its deep, complex nature marries beautifully with hearty winter stews and red meats.
An authentic lager brewed using the finest specialist malt and yeast. The key to its delicate clean taste is a cold fermentation and a long, slow maturation which allows the subtle flavours to slowly develop. Continental hops add a light floral element and gentle bitterness, helping to create an extremely crisp, refreshing and drinkable character. Serve out of the fridge 4°C.
The beer has a shelf life of up to a year but is best drunk as fresh as possible.
To be at its best fresh beer should be stored in a cool environment somewhere around 8-12 degrees, a garage is ideal. If you’d like your beer at fridge temperature please be aware that a harmless ‘chill haze’ may develop, the haze will not affect the flavour of the beer but may reduce its clarity. It’s also best to keep your beer out of direct sunlight.
Our beers are made from ... Malted barley, hops, yeast and water. Beers may also contain oats and wheat. Our beers are not suitable for those with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.
