A golden pale ale with fruity hop aroma. We've used the hop Callista, which means most beautiful in Greek, in this brew. It has got lots of fruity character including strawberry and passionfruit but also low bitterness making this an ideal thirst quencher.

Malt: Maris Otter Pale Ale, Cara

Hops: Callista

3 1/3 Litre bottle = 5.9 Pints of fresh beer.

The beer is ready to drink, no settling time is required.

Shelf Life

These products contain fresh beer and have a short shelf life compared to bottled beer. The beer is best within 7 days of delivery, drunk as fresh as possible and within 1-2 days of opening.

Storage.

To be at its best fresh beer should be stored in a cool environment somewhere around 8-12 degrees, a garage is ideal. If you’d like your beer at fridge temperature please be aware that a harmless ‘chill haze’ may develop, the haze will not affect the flavour of the beer but may reduce its clarity. It’s also best to keep your beer out of direct sunlight.

Our beers are made from ... Malted barley, hops, yeast and water. Beers may also contain oats and wheat. Our beers are not suitable for those with coeliac disease or gluten intolerance.

Vegan Friendly?

We brew using traditional methods, one of which is adding the finings agent 'Isinglass' to help the beer clear. The isinglass is not vegan friendly, so our beer is therefore also not vegan friendly.
